ABOUT ENRIQUE SOLÓRZANO
Enrique is a professional drummer born and raised in Mexico City on June 19th, 1986. At age 15, he discovered his passion for music and decided to get serious about it. At 17, he became pro by playing with the Mexican pop act "Sairus". In music school, he formed the pop-rock band "Deus", which he recorded an album and toured. Later on, he became a part of Sergio Andrade's band and worked on his solo album. He has played with several bands that played different music genres such as punk ("Caja X"), alternative ("SObeRO"), pop ("Abram"), folk ("Gen Why") and country ("Jacelyn Holmes").
Enrique has won and participated in several music contests for brands, companies and events such as Roland ("V-drums championship), Veerkamp Music stores and Soundcheck Xpo.
These days, Enrique works as an independent drummer, teaches online and creates content for his YouTube Channel, where you can find live performances, advice for musicians and drum lessons. He believes music is something that brings us together and can bring happiness to others.
